This
Questionaire was designed as one of the means of collecting standardized
information from key client users. Clients recieve it via their email
for fast and easy fill-in.
The
combination of information gathered from this questionaire, customer interviews,
WebWare internal user knowledge, and other sources, results in simple
one-page User - specific Profiles
(
sample). These profiles are used
by the entire design and development to insure that users' needs and tasks
are being addressed thoughout the project.
